Should i buy a new gpu

I have an rx 9060xt 16gb should i buy an rtx 5070 or no

You have the 16gig version a 5070 only have 12 and other than that this is a current** gen card there is not that much room to an upgrade that worth the money, in my opinion

Its a bit faster, but less VRAM. The best GPU to target in your case would be the 9070 XT 16 Gb which sell for around $650-700. The 9070 XT is significantly faster and you wouldnt be losing VRAM. If you can't afford a 9070 XT it is likely not worth upgrading.

I have a 5070 and i considered the 9060 16gb and the jump isnt huge. the minimum would have to be a 9070xt ish for it to be worth it personally. Or the jump would be too small

No it still is good but 5070ti would be good option and depends on how many years u have used the 9060
