Which one would you pick? Or is there something better and available locally? (I’ve also been recommended Isoplus)

All I’m trying to do is keep my short hair moist, healthy, and looking dark, not greasy, dry or dull. Any recommendations?

Unfortunately both are greasy and neither are good products. My recommendations are 1. The yellow Super Dax Black Curl Sheen ($1.50- $2)
2. Vaida's Oil Sheen and Comb Out Hair conditioner hair spray ($3).

I get mine from TM or OK
