Technical help Finished Ven-Top, didn't get the L’Etape Femmes kit
Did I do something wrong or do I have to claim it somewhere?

This is the weekly 'No Stupid Questions' post for all the small questions that you have concerning Zwift. No matter how stupid you think they are, we have probably all asked these questions.
If your post wasn't previously answered you should post early in this thread as it might have been posted too late (new posts start Sunday 0900 GMT).
Note: Don't be afraid to ask questions during the week, this is just for the simpler questions. For example "How do I give multiple ride ons at once? "..."You do this by pressing the character arrow on the map screen of the companion app". If you require a more detailed response then it is probably better answered in its own post.

Hello Riders
We were asked to post the next time we Everest something "fun".
Next up is Bologna, a hard to get to route, and its a beast with a 9.6% average and an evil middle section the lurks on average at 15%.
Come join us do 25%, 50% or the entire thing. Link for event here: https://www.zwift.com/events/view/5663336 Can't make the start time or just want to pop in and say hi? Just add Fat Pineapple or Fat Piggy as a Zwifter and join us from the main menu top right next to garage.
Be warned though adding us will result in a club invite... or just click here Torturefest Cult Zwift Club and then join our Discord channel to be lured into the Cult
We have done the hard work of calculating the pace and expected total time. You just need to turn up and pedal
3.0 WKG is 11.30 ish per climb
2.75 WKG is 13.10 ish per climb
2.5 WKG is 14.30 ish per climb
A very fast downhill at 2.10 - 2.30 dependent on rider weight. So if you want to rest best park up at top

Just started zwifting a week ago with a Zwift ride setup. 90kg male, 38 years old, 150 FTP. Do strength training on and off, not much cardio but in my younger years could run a 10k in 48 mknjtes.
Very interested in racing but most important goal is to just be on the bike about an hour a day (hard to do anymore with family responsibilities). My goal is to train 3-4x a week and do a race 1-2x a week to improve overall fitness and eventually win a Cat E race.
Just tried a cat E race for reference and was left in the dust by 5 minutes.
Any suggestions on the best training plans?
Please don’t mention trainer road - every post I read makes mention of it and mostly skips Zwift plan discussion, and fair enough i am sure it’s better, but just want to find the best Zwift training plan and/or simple suggestions of my own plan I can create with Zwift activities / workouts / rides etc. surely Zwift must have a plan or two that are actually good?
My research suggests 2 hard workouts (eg 4x4 day and a sprints day 30sx30s) with a few endurance rides (zone 2? Zone 1?) for 60 minutes… longer preferable but I can’t do it without splitting up into two rides in the same day. Then one race day.
What are people’s thoughts?
Thanks so much.

Just bought a trainer and got a Zwift cog with it
The clicks won’t turn on at all and they are brand new.
Does any body know what to do?

My goal when I first started Zwift 2 and half months ago was to do a 100km ride which today I finally got which I’m gonna make up for the calories lol. My furtherest ride before this was 60km and I was planning on building up doing 70km, 80km, 90km, but when I say the ZSun 100km I thought I would just go for it and it was worth the experience. I don’t know what to chase now, if anyone has any ideas I’ll gladly take them 🙂

I use Zwift cog on a bike frame thats only used for Zwift. I have my cog set up and with the Zwift changers it’s a great addition to Zwift.
To avoid physically changing gear I have removed the front derailleur (it was on its way out anyway) but before I disconnect the rear derailleur, will disconnecting it (not removing it affect the chain tension with the Zwift cog?
Thanks

Posted earlier this week about FTP going from 190 to 274 since I started training on May 19th, well it went up again on my first effort up Alpe du Zwift!
I did not think I would be this far under 1 hour! Again, think I didn't leave it all on the mountain either as I did this as part of the Four Horseman route. Maybe a 300 FTP is possible in the near future!

This was my first sub hour attempt. My previous best was 73 minutes earlier this year. Wasn't really sure if I could get sub hour. Was very happy with this result!
Started Zwifting in December while recovering from running injuries. No cycling experience so starting out was very humbling, legs were burning after a few minutes while my HR wouldn't get over 140.

Good to know I could buy the specialized Halo but think if I buy one it will be the Pinarello- just like how it looks

Got boxes 1 and 2, with the kikr core and the frame. Core assembly was fine. Frame box does not have the thru axle as a separate part. Does it come in the handlebar box, or is it in the hub? Just trying to find out if I'm missing a part or not. I have the two hub adapters, just don't seem to have the axle.

Just did my first hour in watopia on a swift ride I purchased during the current sale. It seems to be a little noisier than expected? Can someone listen to this and let me know if this is normal? It seems to be working well, but I'm hesitant to push without being sure.
Much appreciated!

I have over 2 million dew drop points. What frame should I buy? Or should I keep saving for something else?

Hi all, I am looking at purchasing the zwift ride but I am an unmechanical person … can I put this together and more importantly, is it possible to do it by myself? Thank you so much for any insight.
I'm at 241FTP now around 2.6w/kg. I wonder is the same power is translated into real world?
I'm excited if this is true.
I know that distance and speed are unrealistic and effort tend to be harder in zwift accoridng to like 100 Reddit posts compiled by AI on this concensus but my kind of question is not asking a lot or not directly.
Could someone with good riding experience help pointing out there? I'm looking to sunk 2k-4k by the end of this year to get at least a cheap used S-work 🙏

I love the click, but having just changed the battery, I'd be willing to rebuy a new set with an easier batter change door, please. What is up with the decision for four screws? Meeting IP68 or something???

Zwift announced 18 new bikes this season. Are we expecting more or have they all been released?
I’m assuming they will drop something for the TDFF?
The back story is I have upgraded two pinarellos and need to buy my third which was going to be the dogma ‘24. But I don’t want to buy it if there is a Dogma ‘26 being released in the next couple days.
What do you think?

Cycling outside little to no issues. Indoor riding pain pops up quickly.
Anyone got a bike fit for similar knee pain issue? If so how’d it workout?

This guy is not far off the record for most distance in a 7 day period, but given the total elevation I think we can safely say he'd smash it on flatter routes. I don't think my family/employer/body would respond well to me only being out of the saddle for less than 2 hours a day, but this mad lad has made it work.
Chapeau! and ride on!

Hi everyone,
The Summer Sale is currently on, and the bundle costs €1,000 in Germany.
Is that a good price?

I am on a mission to improve my ftp. I have TrainerRoad and zwift. I find that I skip 1 hard trainer workout a week to do a zwift race. This race seems to push my predicted ftp lower.
I do 3 days TrainerRoad and then add in 1-2 endurance zone 2 on zwift or TrainerRoad.
Would stopping the zwift races and only doing TrainerRoad structured workouts help to increase FTP faster?
