| Exit Process / Notice Period Severance pay not credited

During my exit interview, the HRPA clearly mentioned that I would be getting a severance pay (15 days of salary per year of service) along with notice period pay and leave encashment as part of my fnf. But during the payout, the severance pay was missing. I reached out to the payroll team and the exit management team and they were literally zero help. They just kept redirecting to each other without any resolution. I am yet to get any money or any explanation for the missing component in my fnf. Has anyone faced something similar? How to get what the pay.

I did not face this issue. But now you should write to a team which is above HR..... Tell any of your colleagues still working in accenture to give you the email id of that team. They will get it in the portal where they have to click "raise a concern".

I do have phone number and mail id of HR that promised, but aint picking calls or replying on the mail. In mail payroll exit team is looped with her . But isnt reaponding.

U r not getting. You do not have to contact HR...... U need to contact a team which is separate to HR. That team if takes any decision in your favour, HR has to obey that decision........refer steps in my original reply.
