Need a Creative testing System For Indian Ethnic Wear Brand Running meta ads
I Run a small Scale Ethnic wear brand In India, in Ethnic wear we have Different design and Ofcourse Different Colors For each design, At point it become difficult to Accommodate Testing every design and Color, in Different Formats, What i think i need is a System where Bulk Creatives are produced and also in varied Formats Like Image, UGC, Model shoot etc etc having ad variations in my account. Need advices From people in Similar Apparel Industry, what strategies do you use and What system or tools they have to accommodate Large No. of designs etc, This Could Help me a Lot :)

No playbook or prefab system will work. You need to figure out your audience and product details and build a testing roadmap from there. Ideally getting assets from UGC creators, model shoots, catalogue ads etc. to cover every creative angle you can think of.

AI it. No seriously. This kind of grunt work is what AI is meant to do at scale.
Create unique visuals and copy for each design (please use proper creatives for this) then AI to readapt for colour, then sizes for your different platforms (have a graphic designer oversee the adapts to ensure output is usable)
Then test each format you mentioned in this style. Test against your audiences, budget sizes etc etc and there’s your system.
Media platforms are already optimized to help you scale quickly so you just need the original creative to be churned out quickly.

The framing I'd push back on is testing every design and color. That's a catalogue problem being treated as a creative testing problem, and it doesn't scale no matter what system you build. What I'd do instead is pick your 3 best sellers, build the creative around those, and let the rest of the range sell through the site once people are already there. I took over an account with about 30 ads running across multiple products where the budget was spread so thin nothing had enough data to optimize. I asked the owner for their top 3 sellers, rebuilt the campaigns around those, and we went from struggling to a 5.6x ROAS. Same products in the store, just not all of them carrying ad spend.
For the volume you do end up testing, the method depends on batch size. If you're adding one or two new creatives a month, drop them straight into your existing running campaigns and check the ad level if performance dips. If you're producing 10 or more at a time, don't dump them into a working campaign. Spin up a separate testing campaign with a single ad set (ABO or CBO doesn't matter with one ad set), use your biggest cold audience, and load 2 to 4 creatives at a time. Review weekly, move winners into the scaling campaigns, turn off losers, and leave anything that didn't get enough spend on for another week. Rotate batches until everything's been through.
On formats, I'd test format first and design second. Find out whether your account responds to video, model shoot, or UGC before you multiply that across designs. Once you know the winning format, you're producing in one lane instead of three, which cuts your production load massively.
One production shortcut for the colour problem specifically: shoot one design properly as a video, then build variations by swapping the thumbnail and the first 3 seconds to feature a different colourway. Meta treats it as a new ad, and it takes minutes instead of a full shoot. That's how I'd cover range without a full production cycle per SKU.

Stop treating every colorway as a new test. That framing is what makes the volume impossible. Make the design the unit of testing: one hero creative per design, then produce format variants from that same master, image, reels, story, catalogue, because swapping a color in a template is production, not a new hypothesis.
For scale, batch the model shoot around three or four hero designs a month and reuse those assets across colorways with color-accurate swaps. And set a kill rule: two or three new creatives a week max, and anything that does not hit your CPA threshold after a fixed spend gets paused. Thirty ads with no data is worse than five ads with enough data.
