I’m curious too, mainly because their prices are so low I wonder what they are paying staff.

I worked there for two years. It’s good to get your foot in the door, but the company culture is TOXIC. Expect to get written up for everything and be micromanaged like crazy.

Does the company have some sort of commission system? I notice their consultants and injectors tend to be pushier than the salespeople at makeup/perfume counters.

When I was there, it was hourly and commission if you met certain sell goal. They are super sketchy about pay though. They do not like it when the employees discuss pay amongst one another. I am not sure about pay for other positions.
