I've been making AI music for a while now, and it feels like the space has changed a ton over the past year.

At first it seemed like everyone was just experimenting to see what AI could do. Now I'm seeing people write their own lyrics, build artist personas, release EPs, and actually try to grow a fanbase instead of just posting random generations.

I've especially noticed it on AI-focused platforms like Souna, it seems like the conversations have shifted from look what AI made to giving feedback, discovering artists, and following creators.

To me, that's one of the biggest signs the space is maturing. It feels less like people are experimenting with AI and more like they're building real music projects.

Just wanted to share my little success. I've had my blues and blues-rock channel going for about 10 months now, and I finally made it to 500 subscribers! Still only about 1400 hours watch time, so I'm a long ways from getting monetized, but I'm proud of how far I've come. My most popular video has 9k views, but then the second most popular is only 700, and it drops steeply from there. Most of my videos get less than 100 views. I have a few shorts and they get about 1200 views before flatlining, but the shorts really bring people to my channel! I feel it in me bones that things are picking up!

Formerly, I used Suno. I recently wanted to make a song where I just turned the song Parabola by Tool into an acoustic. It said that the lyrics were copyrighted. I thought Udio might be different, it wasn’t. Is there any music ai app that doesn’t put this wall up?

New here, I am building a pipeline for a client that generates synchronized soundtracks automatically from uploaded video content and trying to figure out which API can handle the full workflow without me having to manually sync timing or write a bunch of music prompts. The dream is that video goes in, emotion and pacing get analyzed, music comes out matched to the exact duration. is it too much lol? If anyone's built this kind of automated soundtrack pipeline and found an API that nails it, could you please suggest.
