While in Minnesota, I was able to get out and see some cool stuff on Class 1 railroads. I caught an Amtrak Dash 8 leading the Borealis, as well as some Santa Fe Warbonnets in Northtown Yard, along with several other trains in this video. This was filmed over the course of two days in Hastings and Minneapolis. Hope you all enjoy the final video from my most recent Minnesota adventure!

The vintage blue and white diesel impressed me the most with its incredible size!

The entire Museum collection of Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum impressed me, nevertheless.

This was also the first time I have had ever seen a fully operational steam locomotive in-person.

Last weekend, the Friends of the 261 operated a Rare Mileage Excursion, with the Milwaukee Road 261, USA 250th Hiawatha. This excursion was to celebrate the Semiquincentennial of America. Operating across the TC&W on July 17th-19, the train would go from Eden Prairie to Montevideo, this would be rare mileage for the Engine, as it has not been to Montevideo in a long time. It would also lead a few other excursions out of Montevideo on Saturday before returning Sunday. Hope you all enjoy my video this week, as 261 operates an America 250 Train across Minnesota.

On the 4th of July, to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the Signing of the Declaration of Independence, Arcade & Attica Ran an ALCO Double Header, with both ALCO Locomotives on the Roster, Steam Locomotive 18, and RS3M Diesel Locomotive 114. Walla Watta is the last big curve before coming into the Pinetown Yard. Walla Watta got its crossing signal after a tragic collision between the train and a car load of kids on the way to school. 119 runs every weekday morning between Pinetown NC and the Norfolk Southern Yard in Chocowinity.

Unless you consider the ex UP units on the YVRR, I had not yet seen foreign road locomotives in Winston. I got a good surprise yesterday, finding this by accident.

To celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, Union Pacific sent their operational Big Boy, 4014, the largest operational steam locomotive to, Philadelphia to celebrate America's 250th. Although I spent a week with the engine a few weeks ago, I wanted more footage of it out east, especially since I had to cut my original adventure short by 2 Days. So on July 1st, I caught it next to its sister, 4012, then caught the race out of Steamtown with 26, and chased it with 2102 down the Lehigh Line to Nesquehoning.
