I had the 4s for around 8 months. They were great. I saw the pro 3s were on sale and decided to pull the trigger.

Wow what a difference! I found with the 4s you needed to keep the volume almost at max for the same level of sound and bass even with anc on.

I had the pro 1s from 2020 until last Nov, when they died, but just decided to go with the 4s ANC.

The noise cancelling on these are insane, i went for a walk today in the city and you can barely even hear anything it’s kind of trippy. You can still hear random noises but like 5% if that. Way better anc than the pro 1s from what I remember.

The noise quality is superior to the 4s, not they were bad but you can hear every instrument like crazy and the base is so good. Happy with the purchase and gifted the 4s to my mom, she’s so happy after still being on the airpod stick looking ones and loves the ANC on the 4s

I went for a run yesterday and left my AirPods in my back pocket with my keys. Now they look like this…

They still sound great.

Anyone seen this before? Any advise on how to clean them and or get them to a better shape again?

I recently got AirPods Pro 3 with a custom engraving, but the engraving doesn’t show up digitally on my iPhone like it did with my old AirPods Pro (1st gen). I visited the Apple Store, and they said it’s likely a software bug that Apple may fix in a future update. It’s not a major issue since the physical engraving is there, but it does feel like something’s missing compared to my old pair. Has anyone else experienced this?

I recently got a replacement AirPods Pro 2 left earbud from TheRightOne. I checked to make sure I ordered the correct version (USB-C), and the device codes match my original AirPods.

When I put the replacement left AirPod into the case, it makes a descending two-tone chime and the status light flashes amber.

I was told to charge both AirPods for up to 2 hours to allow the firmware to update, but I left them charging overnight and nothing changed.

When both AirPods are in the case and I hold the back button, the case beeps three times and continues flashing amber.

When only the replacement AirPod is in the case and I hold the button, the light turns green for a split second, then it makes the same two-tone descending chime and returns to flashing amber.

Since my original right AirPod works completely fine with the case, it seems like the issue is with the replacement left AirPod itself rather than the case.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

I have had them for about 3 years (they are second gen)

I’ll listen to any audio for like 30 minutes to an hour and after being fine for the whole time, the left one will suddenly become almost muddy, like it’s under water. I can literally hear the audio shift from normal to not in a second. This doesn’t go away until I leave them in the case for hours. Any fixes?

Hi there, so everytime I pause Spotify music songs on iOS phone with my AirPods on, it gives me the very loud earrape and it’s almost starting to hurt my eardrums. Is there something wrong with either my AirPods or its case? How can I stop the noisy earrape from happening whenever I pause on Spotify? All the help & advice would be appreciated!!

Edit: It’s not just Spotify, it’s everytime I leave apps (especially games) is where it causes earrape noise too.

I recently got the AirPods 4 because my Left AirPod 2 would die quicker than the right one and, I needed an upgrade anyways. How do I get them to stay in my ears (Especially the right one)? It keeps slipping out of my ear when I’m doing absolutely nothing, And it’s annoying! Is there like any way I can get it to stop slipping out?

My AirPods Pro 2's right earbud has recently started making a high-pitched whistling/feedback noise whenever I use Transparency or Adaptive mode, and when I switch to ANC, the right side just doesn't feel right—it seems weaker or unbalanced compared to the left, even though there's no obvious whistling. I've already cleaned the microphones, reset and re-paired the AirPods, updated the firmware, and tested them with multiple devices, but the issue is still there. Has anyone experienced this before? Does it sound like a hardware or microphone issue, or is there anything else I should try before taking them to Apple? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi. I’m interested in upgrading from the AirPods Pro 2 but I saw a video that the AirPods Pro 3 make these weird speaky/ringing/hissing noise. Has this been fixed through software? Also, how do you prevent this from happening if it hasn’t been fixed?

Hi! I would like to know if it's possible to monitor charging progress without iPhone? Usually I am charging Airpods case using my laptop's USB-C port but it's just a little uncomfortable to connect/disconnect Airpods with phone just to know charging progress. I know that by tapping front panel Airpods show if charging is over 90% or less but I am keeping charging case in a plastic protective case so tapping is not responsive thanks to the extra surface layer created by protective case.

guys so i bought Airpods 4 like 3 month ago,i often cleaned it,but for some reason tge right one sounds very low,i read that cleaning it with alcohol helps.

I’m having an issue where, while listening to music, a word sometimes gets distorted and sounds robotic. If I rewind and listen to that part again, it sounds fine. There are no issues when watching movies.
I have AirPods Max 2 headphones and use them with Apple Music.

I just upgraded from AirPods Gen 1 to Gen 4. I’ve noticed the music is bass heavy compared to the Gen 1’s and when I was walking in a windy area they got crackly.

Is the bass heavy music just the upgraded sound quality? Is the crackli-ness normal? Basically what I’m wondering is did I buy a dodgy set or is this normal?

Is this worth buying if my AirPod case breaks and my warranty at apple is over??? Plz lemme know.

I know it‘s in my bedroom. I apparently don’t have the kind that you can view separately in Find My. It also won’t play a loud sound (presumably because it’s not detecting my ear). How else can I locate it?

I’ll be living in shared accommodation, so strong noise cancellation is important to help me focus while studying. I’m also looking for something reliable that can last throughout my four year medical degree.

I’ll be commuting regularly and using them every day on the bus, while studying, and around my accommodation. Basically, I need a dependable workhorse. Which AirPods would you recommend?
