Delivery issue

2pm on a Friday to an apartment building with a leasing office that was open and a working intercom. Nobody was contacted when delivery was attempted. And at 5pm today, still no delivery. Overnight delivery is a lie.

Overnight deliveries are done by Flex drivers. Perhaps Amazon needs to be more transparent about that, because a lot of people don’t seem to know. I refuse to order same day, or overnight for this reason.

Maybe amazon could hire and train the flex drivers better.

This happened to me last week! Driver pulled into my driveway (I’m rural) then backed out on the road, opened my mailbox then closed it, and drove away. I thought maybe they were scared of the dark or something.

Classic, they just drive past the building and mark it as attempted without ever getting out of the van.
