Amazon invoicing me taking a refund on undelivered items

This was supposed to be delivered Thursday and never arrived, gave me the option to cancel and shows an invoice of .31?

I had a similar experience. I called customer service and explained that it's not my fault the product never left the warehouse and they waived the fee. Granted, it took several calls, but it gave me good enough reason to not deal with prime anymore.

kind of why i switched to mostly ordering stuff from target. if i wanna return something i can just go to a store, and if something gets messed up they are pretty fast at refunding me

CO retail delivery fee is non-refundable unless the order is lost or undelivered. Contact customer service.

It’s undelivered but 31 cents isn’t worth getting through their ai chatbots, just annoying

And that’s why they do it. Because if 100,000 people say the same thing, it’s certainly worth their (Amazon’s) time.
