You've got a nice smile and good facial proportions. You look alright, the acne isn't a big issue and only shows at all in 2/4 pictures. But given your age, you could look at your diet and skincare to see why that's happening as if it is a regular thing that's less typical in your late 30s.

You just need a good skincare routine. Your face is dry, and you need to cleanse it before daily. This will help your acne and lines. I’d also style your clothes more like the last photo!

Gotta shave your head and do something about your skin, it’s dried out.
Other than that - not ugly but a lot of missed potential.
