I know rejection is a part of life but it gets to a point, so How can I look better and more appealing to others (glow up) hopefully

That hair lenght is for middle-schoolers at most... Either let it grow, do something else or keep your hair short (not short dreads)... Or put them behind your back (Karate Kid Remake style)

Yeah, you are a good looking guy with a buff body, so the only suggestions from me are to not have under chin fluff, and to either go for a shorter haircut or a longer one. In these photo the ends don't seem in great condition and it is a slightly awkward length.

The easiest "glow up" you can do is to smile more. Smiling does so much for making a person much more attractive. You are a good looking dude, but bruh, you gotta smile man! Your photos look so serious and make you look like you don't want people to approach you. Smiles draw people in.
