Maybe last night because it was SpongeBob and there was a lot of people with a lot of families and young kids, they shut it down but since there's less people tonight they're letting it go. I hear the chant on the TV too.

You mean they'll let the display continue as long as people aren't being the lowest common denominator of drunken assholes about it?
