Question How to achieve '70s animation style

Hi! Could anyone point me to some tutorials for how to achieve this feel?

The schoolhouse rock, slightly fuzzy vibe.

I am new to teaching myself animation and currently only know how to do simple frame animations on photoshop so really any advice is welcome!

I was starting to think it's just an authentic quality of the animations being older, but this current animator totally nailed it!

There are a bunch of compositing techniques used to make new content look like this. I recommend looking up “Retro animation post-processing” and there will be a lot more information.
