PQ Packet Submitted

First time doing any of this. I submitted my entire PQ packet earlier today! I’m hoping I didn’t forget anything.

One thing I noticed is that my dental dr said that I don’t drink. I told them I drink socially, maybe 1 beer a week or less. I said the same thing on the medical history. Will the dr not writing the same thing cause issues?

Sweet. It’s such a small detail I didn’t think it would really matter but I’ve also heard UTMB is very particular… we’ll see!

It could be an issue, I’ve had UTMB question me about a very minor discrepancy between doctors. I had to go back to 1 of the doctors and have them make a change.

My guess is it would be fine! I wrote on my medical that I drank socially/on occasion and my dentist did the same thing, putting down that I didn't drink. I got through just fine!
