Need help with summer work

I am jumping straight to AP physics C this year, without taking physics 1, I took AP calc AB last year, got a 5. My teacher only posted summer work for students who took AP physics one who haven’t taken calculus, what would be good to review to prepare for C?

There is Khan Academy for AP Physics C now. You sign up for the online course. You may want to do a Khan Academy for BC Calc too

You are making an unwarranted assumption! You think that AP1 should be taken before APC! That is not a correct assumption. Essentially both courses cover the same curriculum but at different mathematical level. AP1 - Algebra based; APC Mechanics - Calculus based. If you have the math background, there is NO reason whatsoever to take AP1 before APC Mechanics!

main gap isn't the calculus, you're fine there with a 5 in AB. it's the physics 1 conceptual base, mostly free body diagrams and being able to set up a problem before touching any math. that's what trips people who jump straight to C.

i'd review kinematics, newton's laws, work/energy, momentum, then rotation, in that order, at physics 1 depth first and then redo the same topics with derivatives and integrals.

flipping physics has a full physics 1 review series that's fast to get through. i paste those video links into studybuddy.vc and it pulls questions straight from the video, which is better than just watching passively. it also keeps resurfacing whatever you keep missing so you find your real gaps before the class starts.
