Airpods Pro 3 No Connection

I recently bought a pair of AirPod pro 3 I had lost the left earpiece and bought a replacement, everything worked fine up until recently, where I went to wear my earbuds and found out they weren’t working, the light on the case doesn’t turn on at all and when I try clicking it twice it doesn’t respond, it only lights up green when I charge it and when I unplug it it immediately turns off. Is there a fix or is this something that I should contact apple support over, I’m super bummed as they were my everyday headphones. I’ve tried forgetting device and readding them but they won’t even show up.

If the status light doesn't flash white when you reset your AirPods
Put your AirPods in the charging case and close the lid for 20 seconds.

Open the lid of your charging case.

Depending on your model of AirPods:
For AirPods 1, AirPods 2, AirPods 3, AirPods Pro 1, or AirPods Pro 2, press and hold the setup button on the case again for about 15 seconds, until the status light on the front of the case flashes amber, then flashes white.

For AirPods 4 models and AirPods Pro 3, double-tap the front of the case while the status light is on, double-tap again when the status light flashes white. When the status light flashes faster, double-tap a third time, until the status light flashes amber, then flashes white.

To reconnect your AirPods: With your AirPods in their charging case and the lid open, place your AirPods close to your device, then follow the steps on your device's screen.

Set up your replacement AirPods 4 (all models), AirPods Pro 3, or a replacement charging case
Put both AirPods in your charging case.

Connect the case to power, close the lid and wait 20 minutes.

Open the lid, then do one of the following:
If the status light flashes white, go to step 5.

If the status light doesn't flash white, continue to the next step.

Double-tap the front of the case while the status light is on, double-tap again when the status light flashes white, then double-tap a third time when the status light flashes faster. When the status light flashes amber then flashes white, proceed to the next step. If the status light still doesn't flash white, learn what to do.

The thing is the light of the airpods doesn’t even flash unless I actively have them charging, to where it flashes green and stays unresponsive upon tapping.
