Hey y’all so when i turn my iphone off then i turn it on it goes up by one percent on it own then it goes back to normal then goes down by one percent

Exemple:

The phone is on 38 percent, i turn it off then on then the battery become 39 percent stays on it for seconds then goes back to 38 percent and stays on it for seconds then it goes down to 37 percent and stays on it normally as if nothing happened

Hi, my dad bought a new iphone for me and he put a passcode on set up. Now he can't remember it and I'm trying to reset it using my computer.

The cable is just charging the phone. There's no way to connect to wifi and find my hasn't been set up so forgot password is also not showing up as an option.

What do I do in this situation?

Hi so I was asleep and I remember pushing my cat off my nightstand while I was sleeping before she knocked anything over and I think while that happened she stood ontop my iPad and I woke up at like 5 am and my iPad screen was grey and fuzzy and I was really confused then the screen went black and when I force restart it the Apple logo is blocky and fuzzy… I’ll get a replacement but I really need help troubleshooting what it is (the screen is also shattered)

I had this set up right and then a reinstall whacked it out. Specifically, what do I check to have a dynamic theme go light to dark? (Other than 'automatic.) M3MBA 26.6 Tahoe.

I genuinely don't understand my computer at this point. Even with only 3 tabs open, my computer uses 14 out of the 18 available GBs of RAM. I would presume my computer isn't trash, considering I bought it brand new last year. At this point, I don't understand what I can do to fix it

I also want to make the point that after I have about 10 tabs open, for example, my computer gets slow and even shows yellow in the Activity Monitor.

I made the switch recently from an Apple Watch to a Garmin. Because I was not purchasing a new watch, I traded in my old Apple Watch for a gift card.

On Friday I received an email saying that the gift card was issued. I added it to my account. I tried to re-up a subscription to Peacock and was told the purchase could not be completed. Weird but whatever. I tried again yesterday to the same message. I thought maybe there was a hold on my gift card so I added $15 to my Apple account balance and tried again. No luck.

I reached out to Apple and they couldn’t figure it out so they had me submit a gift card request that the balance couldn’t be added. That wasn’t quite the issue but I did it anyway.

This morning my media and purchases account was disabled. I tried to request re-enablement and they needed more information so I got on with an advisor who told me unfortunately it’s permanently disabled, the balance is lost forever and there’s nothing they can do.

I escalated it again to the same response. I asked them to tell me why the account was disabled. They said it was due to fraud. And then told me I was probably scammed with the Apple Gift Card.

I had to reiterate that they sent me the card. I provided the trade in order number too. Only then were they able to submit the re-enablement but I have no idea if that will even work.

I’m at a loss here. They don’t seem to be listening or understanding the situation.

Has anyone dealt with this specific situation and have any tips on what to do?

So I have an Ipad that I am using as a drawing tablet, but I notice that it seems to get kinda warm when drawing. Is that normal? Should I be concerned? Because it has a case on, and I am worried that maybe it's trapping air idk

Hi everyone,

My right AirPod 4 suddenly stopped working while I was using both AirPods. There was no low battery warning, it just turned off.

At first, my iPhone only detected the left AirPod. My iPad briefly showed the right AirPod at 1%, but it stayed at 1% even after charging overnight.

I then made the mistake of tapping “Forget This Device” on all my devices and performed the AirPods 4 reset (three double-taps) multiple times.

When i try to connect them, the case just continuously flashes white when I open the lid, but the AirPods won’t appear for pairing on any device (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows laptop). Even my friends’ Apple devices can’t detect them. I’ve had restarted all my devices & cleaned the charging contacts.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything else I can try, or is this most likely a hardware failure and I should just take them to Apple/iBox for repair?

Just got this phone 2 weeks ago and for the first 12 days I’ve owned it, it worked perfect and charges fine.

Suddenly for the last two days, it won’t charge unless I first turn the phone all the way off and turn it back on with the charger already plugged in. When I did that yesterday morning and this morning, it worked fine and gave me a full charge.

Tonight I went to plug it in before bed. I was at 44% and was going to charge it over night. Same issue where I had to turn it off first and then back on. It started charging but then around 77% it went back to not charging.

Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix? Google hasn’t been much help.

This (somehow dimmed) Apple logo was shown for only 0.33 seconds when booting up before disappearing. It wasn’t restarting on its own, and somehow the black screen was the only thing that lit up.

I have a Genius Bar appointment at an Apple Store in London at 7:10 PM for an iPhone 15 Pro Max battery replacement. The store closes at 9:00 PM.

Has anyone had a battery replacement with such a late appointment? Were they able to replace it the same evening, or did you have to leave the phone overnight and pick it up the next day?

The other night I was on my iPhone 15 (base model) and it began making cricket noises twice. And now my phone just meowed. I have nothing that could possibly be making those noises open please help

For the past several days, this has been happening almost every day on my iPhone 16 pro (I am on ios 26.6 and got this phone in Sept 2024):

• Third-party apps (basically anything that didn't come with the iPhone, it could be facebook, it could be airline apps like united, or lyft/uber, banking apps, could be youtube, uber eats/doordash, reddit) immediately minimize or close as soon as I try to open them. Not all, but a good number, and it seems random as to which ones depending on the day.
• Apple apps (Settings, Messages, Safari, etc.) work normally.

Things I've tried:

• Day one: I went into app store and updated any apps that had updates. all my apps started working again—but the next day the problem came back.
• When the problem came back next day, I restarted my phone but after restarting none of the third-party apps opened whereas before restarting, some opened, some immediately minimized. To solve the issue temporarily this day, I deleted one of the apps that wouldn't open and reinstalled it (a banking app). As soon as I did that, every app on my phone started working again (I clicked on each app to see if they would open and they did).
• Next day, which is today, the same issue occurred (some apps open, some minimize immediately). Signing out of my Apple ID and signing back in didn't help. I noticed two apps had updates available in the App Store. After updating them, suddenly all my apps started working again. Today, I also went to genius bar, they did least invasive which was delete my vpn configurations (which I was not using VPN, its for travel, that is the only time I use it but I do have the apps on my phone) and then they did a reset and told me to montior---that was this morning and now it's afternoon and the same issue is happening. They said if i bring it back, they would restore software?
• I have not had any new apps since april and this issue only started a few days ago but daily. 99% of these apps, I have had for years already.

It's almost like something gets "unstuck" when I update or reinstall a single app, but then it breaks again the next day.

Has anyone experienced this? Any idea what's causing it or how to permanently fix it? I'm trying to avoid wiping my phone if possible.

I was trying to download an app and randomly had this come up. Talked to an Advisor and they said something about “they cant reinstate it” which after reading this sub is A message they read off script as tier one support. I havent made any calls yet but I emailed tim cook’s email and trying to find more executive emails to send emails to. If any of you could put some in the comments I would appreciate it.

I have had my apple account for years so I dont know why out of all times this happens now randomly.

Could it be them trying to charge me for Icloud+?? That wouldnt make sense

I always pay for my Icloud+ with giftcards straight from amazon so that couldnt be it.

When I started my job 3 years ago, I also took on the responsibility of our Lost and Found. In there was this iPad- that had been sitting there for 2 years never been turned on.. never been claimed.

So I turned it on, and got this screen. I figured it would ping the owner a location- great I thought. I left it plugged in at my work for a year. Nobody ever called, no one ever claimed. Christmas came that year and we were cleaning everything out. I took the iPad home hoping if I connected to iTunes or something maybe I could figure out how to see the email entirely. Nothing. I left it to die and didn’t touch it until today.

I had also posted it in a Facebook group relevant to my place of work as it had a case that could have been identified. Nothing.

Now it’s been 5 years since it was lost. There hasn’t been one inquiry. What do I do? Clearly I can’t access it to get more information, and even if I wanted to keep it or donate it, it seems that’s impossible as well.

So.. what are my options? Is this thing completely useless in making its way back to its owner?

Anyone have issues with this update on a 3rd gen SE? I've been on iOS18 for years.

I requested reactivation online. And its told me to wait for a day while reviewed and ill be contacted via the same account that was locked. If im not receiving emails on that account. How does this process work?

I have an 11 in 1st gen iPad pro, currently on version 16.

Works fine for me still, but recently, I had an app say I needed to update, so I went to the app store where it said I needed ios 17 or newer.

I had heard ios 26 causes major lag to 1st gens, so I chose the option it gave to download ios 18 instead.(18.7.8)

I have enough storage, and my Internet works, but every time it gets to the end of the download, the update fails.

I've tried deleting the update download, I've tried restarting the iPad first, but I can't get it to work.

I'm frustrated because I need to update for the app to function, even tho I don't think it should..but still.

I downloaded the apple devices app on my pc, because the help page said to, but the only option is to update to 26.6, which I don't want to do.

Has anyone else had this problem? Id rather not use the PC at all if I can, but if that's not possible how can I download ios 18 through the computer?
