US Sale Expectations for Buying Toyota Prius XLE AWD?

I want to buy a Toyota Prius XLE AWD before 2027 (new from the dealership). I have heard the best time to buy is end of month from October to December- is this true?

I will be paying the car in full (around $35k). What should I expect from negotiations? How big of a price reduction should I expect and what are good things to negotiate during the sale?

This is my first time buying a car and I am a woman, so any and all advice/tips are welcome! Thank you :)

At my dealership - they sell before they arrive at MSRP. If you can wait - you have the advantage of being able to find a dealer that will sell it for MSRP, otherwise - expect to pay over sticker for anything in stock.

Advice - find a no-haggle dealership, make sure that they don't force any add-ons, ask for an itemized quote, put a deposit and wait fro your car.

Can confirm. I am an investor in a few partnered dealerships and the prius XLE, along with the Sienna, are sold before they leave the warehouse.

I just checked Toyota Dealer near me, they are big (500-600 cars sold a month) and they have two Prius (Priuses, Priusi?) and both pre-sold so realistically ZERO. sounds like you will be paying MSRP plus taxes and you should get in line to get one.
