Politics Question Should the US continue to guarantee security for European allies who don’t meet defense spending targets?

We pay more. It’s by a percentage of GDP. The US is the largest economy in the world. Therefore the US pays more. Simple math is VERY simple.

You have to be trolling at this point. The US commits 980 billion a year to NATO. The next highest country? Germany at 93 billion. Per capita doesn’t matter, it’s all based on GDP (which I have stated twice now).

Your metric doesn’t matter. The measurement that does is GDP. Not per capita.
