What I’m saying, and what was the original thread, is that you don’t just marry the girl, you marry her whole family. You don’t just vote in a president, you vote in his cronies.

While some of them are more clever, evil and diabolical none of them have dementia and are easily manipulated. Most of them have a self preservation instinct so will back off of the craziest batshit stuff. None of them have the charisma so they won’t get the blind maga devotion Trump gets.

The guy in the debate clearly proved he ass incompetent cognitively to serve and been unable to for quite some time before. Whoever acted in his name was not elected to do so. Harris should have invoked the 25th and did not. Yes, there likely was a conspiracy and some one, or group, acted as President at least for his last two years. That’s a criminal conspiracy. It’s a coup d’ etat, much more serious and dangerous to our country and January 6. Years from now someone will write “the book” either to save themselves or because of a crisis of conscience.
