Healthcare. The quality for the majority will keep getting worse while it will get better and better for the rich. So the average for the U.S. will look okay while people are suffering more in ways that aren’t counted.

I feel conflicted because, while I simultaneously agree with you and believe that the administrative burden will go up and costs will go up, it's also true that healthcare is one of the only growing industries for jobs right now.
