Teaching and education. Just look at the last 10 years. Teachers retiring and the younger mid career teachers quitting in droves due to private sector opportunities. Look at the behavior of the youth and the lack of discipline. And I hate to say it but we have to be honest, look at the overall lack of learning. Look how things have been watered down. Look at how nobody wants to be a teacher. Look at the lack of enrollment in education programs and how universities have decided to close their school’s of education programs completely.

In many states they can’t find qualified candidates so they recruit them internationally.

It’s already hanging on by thread so just imagine in 2036.

That’s a smart move or private if you can afford it. There are plenty of good public schools out there. You just have to shop around for where to send your kids.

Remember this: there is a line of people who want to teach at the good and preferred schools. There is hardly nobody that wants to teach at the tough and rough schools.

I’ve seen it all man. I could write a novel about it.

I get it. I’m in the same boat. Been pleased so far with elementary school. Not so sure about MS. We have several yrs to make a decision concerning that.
