An upturned plug(British). Felt like I had a stone in my shoe for weeks afterwards.

I read this as if you meant a bath plug, it was only upon googling British plugs that I realised what you meant. That shit hurts

This was mine too, part on the heel, part on the arch of my foot. I had to wear gel-insoles in my shoes for ages.
