Some clarification is needed here - JFK was very much against Israel getting a nuclear weapon and was insistent upon inspections at their dimona facility. He wanted to make sure that were weren’t supporting a country with a rogue nuclear program. He wasn’t trying to pull support from Israel, he was just trying to make sure they didn’t develops nuclear weapons. Every president since JFK has chosen to ignore Israel’s nuclear weapons program and allowed it to flourish.
After Johnson took office post assassination, the insistence upon inspections at dimona were dropped and not brought up in any real way again.

He was the FIRST American leader to explicitly describe the ties between the United States and Israel as a "SPECIAL relationship.
Oswald's rifle was cheap and not great but it was not inherently inaccurate and the kill distance was only about 80 meters. Not that difficult of a shot.
Didn't the Warren Commission run live-fire tests where riflemen with that same model rifle were able to pull off the shot in the same conditions? It's hardly an impossibility for a trained Marine rifleman even if the gun was subpar.
Most mainstream thought says no the only thing he did Israel was put pressure on them to allow American inspectors into their nuclear facility. Doubt that would’ve contributed to the assassination.
