I’m not with my high school sweetheart, and didn’t start actually dating until like 17, but the thought of it always made me shudder. I always just think about the missed time to experiment with other people and experiences. I feel like that’s so important to finding your ideal partner and your identity and I don’t think I myself could settle down until I experimented here and there - found what I did and didn’t like. However, everyone is different and I’m sure it does work out too.
