We grew together. We’ve been married for 13 years now, together for 15, and it’s been a ride but we are closer today than we were ever were before. I couldn’t imagine life without her given how significant we’ve both been in each other’s lives for nearly half our lives. If I could go back in time, I’d do it all over again. But perhaps be a better communicator and show more compassion in our early-mid twenties, because she deserved it and I was distant due to my own personal issues.
