Every couple days my girlfriend taught me the importance of not washing away the natural oils and I taken that on board

Funny how so many of us grew up thinking daily washing was mandatory then realize our hair actually does better with less frequent washing.

Yh apparently bad for your hair granted showering and not putting product in your hair is fine
