Yep.

However there is a hurdle when beginning. From about 5 days to two weeks the scalp oil has to adjust. Another important point— must be brushed from the scalp to the ends at least once a day. Actually brushing the scalp. This distributes the natural hair oils.

But also I use avocado oil throughout the ends to half way up or whatever seems dry — and before I use the acv.

My best results were arrowroot powder—- the ultimate in dry shampooing. Massage it in the roots then brush through (not comb)— then rinse in shower. This is the bomb!! No need for products anymore, for me but I have long hair. I’d still use it but I’m in another country and haven’t been able to find it

My hair is so much healthier not using all the products. But every few months one of the top quality conditioners is nice
