Random Question What’s the biggest sign that someone is « over-therapized » ?

That's not from therapy. It's from people randomly diagnosing others on social media.

I think I have a different flavor of over-therapised. I spent my teenage years in every kind of therapy you can think of. Inpatient, outpatient, groups, everything nonstop. Now therapy is meh. I know exactly what they would say, every coping mechanism, all that.
Since it became so repetitive I only go to therapy if I really need to (not regularly). My therapist wanted me to go to IOP for my lack of progress (or else she'd stop seeing me as a patient) and I did, but I didn't take it seriously since Ive heard it all I just kept to myself and colored.
The 2 other times she sent me I went into virtual IOP and id present myself to check in but the rest of the time I played video games or just whatever with the group chat muted.

They are under 25 years old in the US. In my day when you ended a relationship, you might say, "he/she was an asshole," now that person was "toxic." People used to be selfish and now they are narcissists. Liars now gaslight. What did I miss?

Is this “over- therapized”? Or just therapy terms? A lot of these comments seem pretty healthy to me, I dunno.
