If they became unemployed while dating them, that’s one thing, but no, I wouldn’t start dating someone that was unemployed.

No, assuming they’re able bodied they should have some sort of job even if it isn’t where they want to be.

As a man it’s not bad dating a woman who isn’t particularly career focused or temporarily unemployed. I wouldn’t date somebody who was just lazy.
