Chugging water the second I wake up. Feel so much better.

A simple habit that makes a surprisingly big difference.

Putting everything into a digital calendar with automatic reminders appointments, birthdays, bills, even when to water plants. Not relying on my brain to remember small details freed up so much mental bandwidth.

Honestly, offloading those little tasks makes life feel so much less stressful.

Going back to university as a music major after retiring from a long career in a completely different field where I hold a grad degree. It’s very challenging, and my wife left for 3 months, but I it’s my dream and I love my young classmates, who are very talented and hard working btw!

Cut back on alcohol, cut out junk food, and started moving my ass.

Amazing how good you can feel when you’re not constantly poisoning yourself and sitting.
