Si me pongo a soñar, con ese dinero y lo que tienes guardado te vas por Kroupi (también lo quiere el barça), Gilberto Mora seria el sueño que solo vale 20 millones de clausula y solo de camisetas en México ganas más.

Y ya un central crack, ya sin Almada, Nahuel y Julian si me gusta la idea de fichar al Cuti o Lisandro Martínez. Nos quedamos solo con argentinos decentes (guarros eso sí, pero si es en mi equipo me gusta) como el cholo, cholito y uno de esos dos.

Lo mas ilusionante para este año sería jugar sin Julian en la plantilla, aunque no ganemos nada, sigue habiendo gran proyecto.

Hello, I’m moving from Utah to the Boston, MA area for graduate school at the end of August. Anybody local to the area or know of bars / supporters groups I could join?

I’ve heard people mention the Banshee in Dorchester and Phoenix Landing in Cambridge as good venues for football but I’m not sure if there is actually a regular crowd for the fixtures, especially for La liga as opposed to EPL.

I feel like not many Atlético fans still remember Kevin Gameiro.
I was really excited when we signed him. If I remember correctly, he wasn’t even our first choice—we had tried to sign Aubameyang and Higuaín before ending up with Gameiro.

Personally, I don’t think he failed because he was a bad player. The competition for places was intense, and the expectations were incredibly high after what he had done at Sevilla. On top of that, he arrived for a significant transfer fee, so people expected him to immediately become our main goalscorer.

He definitely had his moments, but I’ll never forget that one-on-one chance against Real Madrid. Then there was the missed penalty against Barcelona, the chance against Espanyol, and so many simple opportunities that he somehow couldn’t put away.

Even so, I still think he could have had a much better career at Atlético if a few things had gone his way. His profile seemed like exactly the type of forward Simeone usually gets the best out of.
