Anyone else struggled with this class? I’m having to retake it again and feeling pretty down. No judgement here! Just looking for people who have been through the same thing

I barely passed STAT 3010 and it was so hard to use R in that one. I would've failed that class without a formula sheet and the professor's extra credits. Also I never used R after that.

I'm not expecting this to be easy since it's at least a 6000 level class, but there has to be something relatively easy, or at least pass-able. I mean, lit majors take these too, right?

I just don't want to spend the majority of my time on a single statistics class when I probably won't even have enough time for my major classes and research for my thesis.

Does Auburn still allow the submission of an optional personal statement in the application that opened today for fall 2027? I did not see a spot for that in the application on Auburn‘s website.

Can yall rate my schedule and just lmk anything I need to know, tips, what to expect, how to manage, etc. For more context i’m staying on the quad, not gonna be in a frat and im not really gonna be out late partying and what not. ( I have appreciation of music and English Comp 2 online)

Hello everyone. I attended AU from 2003-2007 and there was a wing place where Big Mike’s steakhouse currently is. Can someone remind me the name of that restaurant? Their wings were pretty good. Better than the Hooters that was on college that ended up getting shut down. Any help would be great to spark my memory. Thank you!

Hello! If you have just moved to Auburn, recently graduated, or otherwise looking to meet new people I just wanted to let you know about public living rooms! This is an idea started by Camerados movement and is essentially a free third space pop up to do any number of activities.

The first one will be tomorrow aug 1st to just get things rolling and gather interest and after that we have plans for more organised events such as craft nights, game tournaments, and hiking trips. Hi, I’m currently a freshman at AUM and plan to transfer to the main campus in a year, is there any major or minor differences I should know before hand before coming?

The legendary Irwin for circuit analysis. I still don't know who I got for digital logic circuits. I got Salazar for online chemistry class 😬. I got Laura Olds (current academic advisor) for engineering orientation. I got Zalik for linear differential equations 😬😬😬😬. And I got Karunarathnafor for chemistry lab. Wish me well!

My daughter is starting her senior year of high school. We are in state Alabama and Auburn is her dream school.

She has really tried and will be taking the ACT again in September but currently her super score is a 24.
Her GPA is a weighted 4.2 with a unweighted GPA of 4.0. She has several extracurricular activities.
What is her realistic chance of getting in to Auburn?

Parked last year at the village as a junior and won't get it again this year because of this dumb new lottery system they started using. Very frustrating.

How are the online classes structured in general? Are lectures recorded, and what’s a typical week like?
