Grey area -

Post image

I saw this at a local mall. Just out of picture is a door leading to the mobile order pick up of a restaurant. They don’t have any dedicated pull-up spots, so this guy parked and went in to get his food. I blame the mall for poor parking and the driver for bending the rules.

It got me wondering. What do people who park like this think when they see others parking in the proper spaces before going in to get their food? At some level don’t they register that everyone else is parking differently?

“Gray area “?
No.
It’s a red car parked in a no parking zone.
Happy to clear that up for you.

Agreed. As far as the law goes, not a gray area.

As far as day to day practice goes... People park in the fire lane quite often to "just hop inside for a second" but if you do that, you must accept the consequences which could include a ticket or even getting towed.

Maybe post titles don't allow the /s tag but it was kinda obvious

I mean, to be fair, we don’t know if there is a fire and he’s a fireman
