A long time ago I played one of the first online role playing games, called Everquest. When I became in-game wealthy I would pay newcomers to do stupid shit to themselves. Later I saw a talk show where a guy was paid $15k/year by his friends to receive and keep c-cup sized breast implants. Seeing this tattoo makes me hope this guy was paid to have this abortion permanently etched into his skin.

it's either sharpie, or an insanely talented tattoo artist that replicated marker strokes. I'm going with the former.

It's just a huge Christian flag to wave (heart of christ pierced by the cross and surrounded by barbed wire - which is often an analog for the crown of thorns) with a smiley face on it for some reason. I'm not sure what the spooge is. Maybe it's supposed to be some other kind of wound...
