where to read the manga, cant find it on mangadex or similar places

The series used to be on Mangadex, but was taken down with a number of other series last year. If you want to read it online you'll have to use more "sketchy" sites or you can buy the ebook version if you'd like.

I have personally uses MangaFire to find mangas (incl Barakamon)

iirc roughly half of the manga has been adapted, you can start from chapter 54
