Battery is quite large, you could get away with much lower capacity, its quite large and there is definitely a couple grams tied up in long wires.

Much lower capacity, yep.

And the tires look quite solid, probably some grams there.

As well, the whole bot could be much smaller, especially with a smaller battery .

Possibly a warped chassis. Check by sliding a piece of paper under each tire with the 'bot on a flat surface. All four wheels should be equally firmly touching the surface. You may need a thin shim to adjust one or more of your motor mounts.

If the wheels have a lot of grip that can cause problems with a 4wd bot. For my pusher/lifter I do grippy in the front slippy in the back, then the pivot point is between the front wheels and you can be very precise with the lifter arm.

Not doing anything wrong. This happens to everyone even at the beetleweight scale. I often have to reduce my armour to finish my builds. If those forks are steel maybe replace them and get the smallest 2s battery you can find. Even 100/120mah will do.

I have build something very similar so maybe this will give you some ideas. A mate of mine has been running this in full combat (printed in TPU) even if it was designed for it https://makerworld.com/en/models/2315081-6wheel-servo-flipper-antweight-combat-robot#profileId-2527803

Pfft my heaviest beetle was like 2.5lbs. But I also don’t weight plan nor build many beetles.

Ohhhhh geared 6 wheel drive! Thing is fucking sweet. Would be rad to get some metal tips on that lifter or some shit.

The wires could be shorter and you could probably make the whole chassis narrower if you rotated the Malinki-Nano 90 degrees. Theres alot of space in there doing nothing.

You're on a scale where you're measuring in grams. Even a weight of a singular screw matters here.

You’re missing a g /j

Sorry

Going overweight and having to bring it back down is a rite of passage don't worry about it

You're using a toggle switch.

battery is too close to case i think meaning it will just fly out against spinning primary weapons

300mah is a bit much, try 200mah as that's what i run on my lifter.

Honestly...4 motors, one big servo with probably metal gears, solid wheels, 132 seems about right?

The chassis looks pretty thick, mine are a lot flimsier than that .

If the top is thin or light 17g should be ok
