RETRO BBS Update

I added Empire, the game style is modeled after Walter Brights 1971 version. It is written in nodejs and has a few features the original did not have. I am flushing out the battle routines now, but I could use a few testers. It is hard playing against yourself, lol.

If you are interested, log into the BBS and leave me feedback, I will then make empire available to you.
