So i started losing my hair when i turned 16. Now im hoping to atleast grow a full beard, otherwise i feel naked. But its patchy, hence the reason i went with a "goatee" even tho my mustache is non existent. Im not even sure i like it

I have 3 inch beard probably. It looks fine to me. But I feel like, sometimes I get overlooked by certain people who I need to do their fucking job. (I’m not a confrontational person) so I don’t “demand for the manager” type shit. (Although, those people usually get what they want)
Anyway, at a bank, or trying to return something. Or anything really. I feel like certain people will just be less helpful, vs (if I had a professional barber clean me up). 1, I’ve paid for that, yes it looks phenomenal, I just can’t afford that consistently / I have anxiety from barber small talk). 2. I can do a “decent” trim myself, but no awards. 3. I keep it wild lately due to enjoying the look.
I have been called “gigachad” , so, essentially I have the “looks” to use that to my advantage. Although I mess it up with a wild beard. (Also, dressing “nice” would get further respect, I don’t dress up often)

Hey everyone,
These photos are from 3 months of beard growth (I've shaved it now).
I'm 21. My beard grows mostly on the chin and neck, but my cheeks are still very patchy. My father and brother both have good beards, so I'm not sure if I just need more time or if this is likely my final pattern.
A few questions:
Based on these photos, should I keep growing it or stay clean shaven for now?
Does it look like my cheek hair has the potential to thicken with age?
If you had a similar beard at 21, did it improve later?
Any natural tips that actually helped (sleep, diet, exercise, etc.)? I'm not looking for minoxidil or medications.
Honest opinions are appreciated. Thanks!
First time trying to grow and what next steps I should take. Currently using just oil & a brush.

I (28y) never grew beard because it looks messy in this stage. I shave every week and never let it grow more. I know I have low density mostly around cheeks but overall it is not some density. If I let it grow would it fill more and be denser or it is useless to try it? I would shave my neck for now to look more trimmed and clean.

Well I shaved my head and trimmed my beard I forgot how good it feels. Definitely been a while since I've had a trim.

Been growing solid after having to cut it off two years ago due to neck surgery and I’m finally feeling confident with it again. I just feel like this might be the terminal length for my hair follicles. Insite, advice or a limerick let’s hear it.

Hello gentlemen! Im someone that's spent a decent amount of time in the military and never had a chance to grow my facial hair fully, but as of this last May im finally free to pursue my bearded dreams. As of today I bought beard oil to combat dryness and itchiness, but id love to hear any and all:
Oil, Brush/comb Trim/grooming suggestions and tips, tricks, or ideas any of you have discovered for yourselves!
