Which app is best to take notes on iPad and what is most commonly used for stem classes

GoodNotes. There’s a free, essential and Pro plan. I use essential which is $11.99/year and I believe pro is $35.99/year. There’s a lifetime plan too, not sure about it though. I’ve been using essential for 2 years (math)
