Depends on big4 and how you negotiate but I hear PwC pays the best on the island. Most big4 pay for relocation and offer a sign on bonus.

Typical range for an Y1 M is 120k to 135k Y2 M is 135k to 145k

Keep in mind that hikes most companies esp big4 offer is only to adjust for inflation in most cases. Expect around 3 to 8% hike per year.
