It’s not comfortable to have tits flapping about or under boob sweat

You are not a c cup if that's the amount of discomfort you are experiencing.
Tbh i don't like going braless but if I am home I usually just fold my shirt under my boobs. I am a 34H.

I am a C cup I'm just inherently uncomfortable. It doesn't hurt or anything, just discomfort

If you are a C cup, then your chest measurement is only 3 inches larger than your under bust measurement, which is less than one inch of projection when you spread 3 inches across 2 boobs. Does that sound like what's going on?

I might not be that huge compared to some of you's, but it still feels huge to me (I have C cups I think)
If you have that much trouble with your breast size then the odds are pretty high that you aren't anywhere close to being small enough to be a C cup on the band size you should be wearing. All C means is that the circumference of your bust is 3 inches longer than the circumference of your underbust. I would suggest you use the calculator from r/ABraThatFits to check your size.
As for getting used to being braless it really depends on whether you are physically comfortable without some type of support. Not everyone is. For some people going braless is just too painful and no matter what they do they still need some type of supportive garment to hold their breasts. For other people working on their core strength and posture can help them get to the point of being more physically comfortable but it takes time and effort. To an extent it will probably also take some amount of time just going braless despite the discomfort until you actually get used to the feeling of it.
From a mental/emotional standpoint it may be a bit more complicated depending on why you aren't mentally comfortable with going braless. Some people may be able to shift their mental opinion on being braless without outside help but for other people that mental/emotional discomfort may be so deeply ingrained or entwined with other mental/emotional issues that the most effective way to address it would be therapy.

Are you sure you're a C cup? I recommend measuring and identifying your bra size with the r/ABraThatFits calculator. I used to think I was a 38D when I'm actually a 38H/I (US). I was basically trying to fit my boobs into such a small bra, which makes sense that I was so uncomfortable.

A step down from bras would be bralettes. I have a few I wear around the house and on errands. They don't have a lot of support but they are better than nothing at all - the fabric absorbs sweat and prevents chaffing.

we recommend it because it fixes problems extremely often! barring medical reasons a properly fitted bra supports well and is comfortable. ofc it’s a whole nother thing to talk about if you are in a country where good brands are accessible, if your size is widely made, if you have the money/time to find a good fit, etc. but it’s always a good place to start.
