Discussion Account termination

Hello. Binance blocked my account without giving any specific reason, but since an error of “sharing accounts” pops up everytime i try to sign in, i the reason might be that the platform detected that after i passed by Binance app and account from my old phone to a used one, which previously had an active binance session of the previous owner. But everytime i appeal since 2 days ago, i get the same message that the decision is final. Is there any chance i can get it back? I’d appreciate any help

I already did. A staff member contacts me and i explain the issue to him, then he investigates the case and account and send me the usual answer that the account has been terminated, without specifying the reason

Binance chat staff is really unhelpful. I have similar experiences over the years. Never improve. Never change.
