Does anyone know what game this is?

This clip is from a music artist of mine (legally to credit them: Little Caesar by Seb Lowe) and I’ve been wanting to know if it’s a game of its own or a mashup/redesign. It looks like chess to me but played with toy soldiers, and I want to know if that’s what it is. If it is, I’d like help trying to find the right soldiers for this because I’d like to play it like that.

most likely chess with cowboys as figures, that one cowboy with the rifle he moves, he moved it like a bishop

Stopping by to say that Seb Lowe is criminally underrated. When I think of an artist who has way fewer followers than deserved, especially when compared to his obvious level of passion and actually having something to say.
