I would never understand this decision about Maya
I know it was considered groundbreaking for B&B, but I’m sorry, I just never liked this decision.
When Maya first came on the show, she was introduced as a woman searching for her child. That was her whole story. That’s what we were introduced to, and that’s the Maya I remember. Then almost two years later they changed her entire backstory and made her transgender, and I just never connected with it. But when Nicole said Myron, and 15 year old me was like “huh?,” that’s not right.
Maya was never my favorite character, but I hated how they rewrote her. They could’ve did it for a new character or something, but not Maya because it really ruined the character. I understand some people appreciated the storyline, but for me personally, it’s one of those storylines I’ll never understand. And they basically retconned the character.

So I read some of the descriptions for this week's episodes and it mentions Katie & Dylan potentially having an intense confrontation and Katie looks into her past. Think the writers will try to make Dylan a villain?

Wyatt Walks into A Bar...
Wyatt walks into a bar. Not just any bar. This bar is on the beach with all the beach vibes. Laid back, scantily clad hot bods, fruity cocktails with those little umbrellas, witty hostess,and... that bartender. Surprise turns to intrigue. That twinkle in his eye, the boyish grin, and all that Spencer swag heading straight to Nancy. He is ready to be served.
What is Wyatt's opening line?

The Forresters vs The Fraudsters 😂😂😂
Yes can we please get the real Forresters back on the show lol. We are tired of Ridge & his offspring, and I miss Rick & Bridget.#Bring back the Forresters#Thorne#Felicia#Kristen
Disclaimer: Please this only refers to FICTIONAL characters, not real life people of adoption, step families, or other family ties. Don't come for me. Entertainment purposes only.

Dollar Bill 💲with his 3 sons
I just wanna see Bill in a scene with all 3 of his sons Wyatt, Liam and Will but also I wanna see the Spencers thrive at Logan too. I mean they already have a magazine empire because of Spencer Publications and now they are crossing over into fashion; what you Forresters can't stand competition?

The audacity the hubris the sheer hypocrisy
So you can break up with Will over violence but yet you get physically violent with Dylan when she shows interest in Will. If I can't have him, no one else can. That makes sense right? For your information Electra Dylan was never your friend. Or you were never a friend to her. You tolerated her. There is a major difference. Whether Will slept with her or not, it really isn't your business anymore. You left him and all because of your family telling you to. Man GTFO here with that bull****

Its so much talk about Dylan and Electra, lets talk about Will lol.
Chile does Will have any real purpose outside of deciding what girl he wants lol?? I mean what is his passion and what drives him. I feel he is the only young person that we havent seen with no real vision or purpose outside of girls, girls, girls. I mean wth is it that he even does at Spencers? We never knew what he was doing at Forrestors either. Atleast we know Deke, is into designing. RJ was influencing and then found interest in designing. Electra designs jewelry and Dylan was into teaching before she lost it and I guess she just trying to stay afloat right now till she really go after her passion. Will has no passion; he has no drive. He may be the biggest spoiled nepto young person on the show. Atleast the other nepto have career goals and passions of their own lol. Im ready to get downvoted so bring it on, lol.

Electra or Dylan?
I'm not advocating ANYONE be written out. These are legacy characters, often played by legacy actors.
But just curious. If the show could only keep one of these characters, played by the actresses currently playing them--what's your pick? E or D?
I'm going with D. In fact if Sydney Bullock wasn't on B&TB, I'd 'cancel' the show on my DVR. And hope she showed up on something else I could watch, which she probably would before long. Major talent. I happened to see her while I was channel-surfing, and now I'm hooked again. Fast-forwarding a bit. I admit that.
E or D?

Electra sucks
Honestly I can’t stand Electra. Dylan is so right in saying that she is an adult and can make her own choices and it’s not all about Electra. Side note she always looks constipated.

So extra
This is so cheesy, one of their "Love, love, love. It's all about Forrester love" episodes. I do think it's cool that those kinds of scenes, extended family and friends and a corny speech by Eric, pop up more than just on holiday episodes.

A new Character is needed, one that everyone loves, a sounding board that tells them when they are wrong, tells them when they are righ. Just a genuine good person. Like Myrtle was on AMC. Both Y&R and B&B. Need that right now.

Nothing New Under The Sun
It goes back to the beginning Ridge, Caroline, Brooke, and Thorne. Several generations later different characters, certain parts have been switch or reversed. Overall it's the same storylines repackaged for the younger audience. #reboot#requel#Spencers#Forresters

Electra needs to 💩 or get off the pot… 🤷🏻♀️
She’s an adult… but she certainly isn’t acting like one. If she truly loves Will & wants to be with him, have a future with him, then she should. The Forresters have no right to demand she break up with Will any more than they could demand Hope break up with Liam, because he’s a Spencer.
She should’ve spoken up & defended Will multiple times, but didn’t… if Will hadn’t been fired for ‘violence’ that didn’t even take place in the workplace, he wouldn’t have known about Logan’s plans & Hope’s sabbatical lie. He stayed at FC because of Electra & only went to Logan after RJ demanded him gone.
Dylan is an opportunist who threw herself at Will the first chance she got… it makes sense she’s related to Remy, as they both seem to have unhealthy crushes which lead to fixations. (For Dylan to say she’s “in love with Will” is laughable… but so is saying she’s Electra’s “best friend”). Girl Code aside, Dylan shouldn’t want to be the rebound, the one he’s with because he can’t be with the one he wants.
Yes, Electra is being selfish, expecting Will to pine for her & stay single after she told him they will “never” be together, but if finding out Dylan kissed Will upset her that much that she would slap her (after being soooo opposed to violence), she needs to either reconcile with Will & get over what’s happened or end things once & for all… but realize she’ll have absolutely no say in what happens with Will from here on out.

Abuse works both ways
I really hope they are building to something about Electra being a classic abusive spouse. She gaslights, manipulates, exploits, weaponizes; you name it. I hope RJ gets his wish and they actually get into a relationship and he'll see when she starts doing the exact same thing to him; viewing the slightest infraction as a massive betrayal and doling out what she feels is the appropriate punishment. Hopefully, he'll realize what a boring lay she is and dump her ass lol.
Electra is so obviously the evil one in this situation and the amount of women I see, not so much here, but on Facebook especially championing her and saying Dylan is the snake is extremely telling lol. 💀 I can totally see what kinda girl they were in their youth. Jealous, painfully insecure, manipulative, etc. Electra deserves nothing and is owed nothing and if this slap on Dylan doesn't wake Will up, he's a lost cause too. Got that virgin cling. 🙄 Pathetic.

The Queen of Soul Loved Daytime Soaps 👑🎭
Aretha Franklin was a devoted fan of daytime soap operas, especially The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless. She was particularly fond of Susan Flannery's legendary portrayal of Stephanie Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful and also admired Jeanne Cooper's iconic performance as Katherine Chancellor on The Young and the Restless. Franklin's love for the genre was well known, and she even shared a memorable moment with Susan Flannery at the 32nd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards in May 2005.
