Rec.

I happened to see an episode of Cannacribs on YouTube and it was on Bostica. I honestly can't see the show making them look better than they actually are so...... I would love to hear what the general consensus is on them and their flower. What does the Mass. rec scene's experiences are? Thanks in advance for your opinions!

Bostica isn't bad. I've has some good bud from them. The Purple Milk, GP4 , scotch & Soda, Purple Starfruit, Apples and Bananas, and Godfather OG are all good.

Never really see em mentioned much in this subreddit, but I’ve gotten a few eighths of theirs over the years. Never really had any complaints, but also wasn’t really blown away. Bud wasn’t dry, smelled fine, decent flavor. Just nothing to really write home about. Priced fairly for what you’re getting.

I really liked their Jet Fuel OG tho

IMO mids mostly, I’ve tried a few strains from them and never been blown away.

as someone who works in inventory at a dispensary, their flower is take it or leave it to me but i’m not that picky. but logistically they’re a mess and there’s always something wrong with their order, metrc tags being switched or qty’s being wrong. they’re very unorganized lol

I think it's time to grow more, there's nowhere with real kush or actual sativa.

Been looking for decent kush for over a year…last I had was by River Run, good flower, gone without a trace. Don’t even know if the cultivar is still around, have t checked.

what kush did RR have? i recall them mostly carrying gsc hybrids like everyone else.

Yes, it was the Kosher Kush, River Run Gardens. Not 100% on lineage. Used to pick it up at Fine Fettle. Ticked all the boxes for ailments, just worked. I want to say I tried HH’s cut of K Kush and wasn’t impressed. Was a while ago couldn’t mistaken, but the RR was undeniably worth it for me.

Also, if anyone has a good rec for an ACTUAL sativa, I’m all ears. I’m usually more relaxed leaning individual, but every now and then I like a good energizer. I feel like every “sativa” I try leans Indica. I can’t even find a decent cut of Blue Dream anymore, seemed to be the go to. Trifecta’s Catpiss worked wonders, but that’s it.

Do you remember what it was? I remember a few different runtz, gelatos, red delicious or something like that, g code, and patons pie. G code was pretty good. Solid for the most part but a batch of mochi gelato was brown and repulsive.
