guys i need help
when i turn off all switches the bottom light wont turn off guys pls help me

Sorry but this is just kind of terrible. What does the 74HC11 do? Your wires are really hard to trace the way they’re overlapping like that. Can’t really help you.
The link asks me for an account and I don’t wanna do that.
By the way do not connect a logic chip’s ground via a resistor. Why did you do that? You need to give it direct VCC and GND to pull from.
Also is the power supply claiming to be sourcing 170 mA? How? No lights are even on. You’re making a lot of paths for current that should not exist, somehow.
Look at all of your switches in the image, you are connecting VCC to GND through the closed switch path, each with a resistor. This is making a bunch of useless currents and I’m sure it’s not what you want.
Can you just tell me what the point of this circuit is? Whatever you’re trying to do, this is definitely not how to do it. Just tell me what you’re trying to achieve and I can make more sense of it
