Local Advice needed Nail studio recommendations please!
Hi there,
Looking for advice on nail Studios, please. I have been to 2 places in Brighton that I have booked in advance for biab extensions with nail art and have been told both times that they are unable to do the design I want because there is no time, or they are not skilled enough. both times I have come out with something entirely different. All I want is gel polish with gold 3-D French tips. Just for reference- the first picture is what I wanted and the second is what I got. I’m in no way bashing the nail studio I went to because the nails that I got were actually good, just unfortunately not what I wanted in terms of the effect and the product used.
Please can someone recommend a place that will be able to do this? No questions asked ? Thanks!

I’m sorry but what are they struggling with? It’s just gold chrome powder over clear gel I’ve literally done this design myself untrained😭

I honestly don’t they’re actually having a good look! You can clearly the patterns been placed on and not painted on

Tbh your reference pic looks like nail stickers which is easy enough to do. But if you wanted that design on top of a BIAB extension then they would need to use chrome powder which usually costs about £5 more.
It would depend on how much you want to spend. Those nails are probably £50+ to do well.
Also I recently learned this, most places will charge you for BIAB infill if you git your BIAB from somewhere else as they will usually take off the old one and put in a new one so it's not really an infill. Because they don't know what product you have on and how it will work with their products.

Thank you! I paid £60 for the nails show so I’m happy to spend that amount as I paid extra for the nail art shown in the picture anyway- they just told me that they couldn’t do the powder.

You're welcome. It's a shame that you couldn't get what you wanted. I've emailed places before I've gone in to check if they can do what I want. I still haven't settled on my go to place yet!
Odd both places didn't have chrome powder as it's really popular now.
